When it comes to my wardrobe, I could be considered to be a little too organised, but with such little space its kind of a necessity.  Here are a few ways I save space...

My Hair Story

I've always been an indecisive person and when it comes to my hair I make no exception. 

I change it. A LOT.  

Despite this, I actually really hate visiting the hairdresser.  The very thought of hours spent sitting there making small talk fills me with dread.

So what's a girl to do when she wishes to change her hair frequently without the help of a professional?

Yes you've guessed it......D.I.Y

Now I feel the need to state that this hasn't always resulted in success, in fact it has taken a whole lot of misshaps to have the knowledge of hair colourants that I do today.  I obviously dont have photographic evidence of these misshaps, just a whole lot of hair memory nightmares reminiscent of a shade usually found on a traffic cone.

So anyways, I've recently settled with a sandy blonde tone to my hair which ironically, is the closest to my natural colour (from what I can remember) that I've ever dyed my hair.  Here's to hoping I've finally found my perfect hue.

Short Week

Despite this week being short due to the bank holiday and Friday off work, time seems to be going by more slowly than usual.  However, I believe every cloud has a silver lining and nothing cheers up a rainy evening in like mini cupcakes with a crushed Crunchie topping!

Make a Statement

I got this necklace at Miss Selfridge a few months ago and honestly it's turned out to be one of my best ever buys.  It transforms a lacklustre outfit instantly and it's definitely made me think more about future jewellery choices.

Lately I'm Loving....

This doesn't happen to me often, but spotting this clutch at River Island last week was literally a love at first sight moment.  I've always had a penchant for stripes and this was no exception.  In my eyes it's the perfect clutch; not too big but big enough for the essentials and at £25 - it would be rude not to.

This is my first 'this week I've been mostly.....' post but I plan on making it a weekly occurance. I think it helps to take a moment to remind myself (especially with my memory) of what inspired me during any given week.  Time goes by so fast so as a way of savouring what's passed;

When I first viewed my apartment the blank walls seemed like a blessing.  However, I'm slowly beginning to realise that I'm struggling to know where to start.  A few ideas have caught my eye but I anticipate a few months of work to get the place looking exactly the way I want.
